4dking Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 4dking platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 4dking platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you are required to discontinue use of this platform and close your account immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4dking as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use any services provided by 4dking.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with 4dking. Registration of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The full name, email address, and phone number you register must be your own. 4dking reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documentation if deemed necessary.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact 4dking customer support immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Rules of Use
As a user of the 4dking platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful purposes permitted under applicable Malaysian law.
- Not use any software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to manipulate the system, odds, or game outcomes.
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security and integrity of the platform.
- Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through this platform.
- Be accountable for all actions and decisions made while using the platform, including any financial losses incurred.
- Comply with all guidelines set out on the Responsible Gaming page to ensure a healthy gaming experience.
Any violation of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination, and 4dking reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where circumstances warrant.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 4dking platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go, FPX, and local Malaysian bank transfers. 4dking is not liable for any delays or transaction failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by 4dking from time to time and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits are final once confirmed and are non-reversible except under circumstances defined by the platform's internal policy.
For withdrawal requests, users are required to complete the identity verification process beforehand. 4dking reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending further investigation if there are indications of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. Withdrawals to bank accounts not registered under the verified user's name are not permitted.
Any bonus or promotional credit received is subject to separate wagering (rollover) requirements as specified at the time the bonus is awarded. Failure to meet the wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Liability Limits, Accounts & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
4dking provides this platform on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4dking shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical disruptions, or data loss.
The 4dking platform may experience scheduled maintenance or unplanned downtime. We will make every effort to minimise disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
4dking reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud or illegal activity, violation of the terms of use, registration of multiple accounts, or at the user's own request. If an account is closed due to fraud, any remaining balance in that account may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the 4dking platform are the exclusive property of 4dking or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any content without prior written consent from 4dking.
Third-Party Links
The 4dking platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided solely for user convenience, and 4dking has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
4dking reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
Continued use of the 4dking platform after any updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please discontinue use of the platform and contact customer support at [email protected] to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 4dking platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
